Cash out after earning $5 or more in Rebates.

1.   What Are Rebates and Who Pays Them?
Rebates are CyberValley's way of saying "Thank You" for doing business with our Merchant clientele. We pay them ourselves, on top of any discounts or other incentives the Merchants offer.

2.   What Are The Smallest and Largest Rebates You Pay?

Rebates currently range from $2.00 to $100.00 depending on the price of the product/service the Merchant offers and/or how aggressively they want to promote their products or businesses.

3.   How Quickly Do I Get Them?

Almost immediatley. Initially, you must accumulate at least $5 before you can Cash Out. After that, there is no minimum.

4.   Do I Make My Deal Sheet Purchases Online Or In The Merchant's Store?

Purchase Deal Sheet advertised products in-store or via their online ordering system.

5.   What's The Catch?

You need to be QUICK. Rebates are limited, especially the large ones.

6.   How Do You Determine Rebate Amounts and Availability?

Rebates anounts and availability are set by the Deal Sheet merchants.

7.   Can I see How Many Rebates are Available?

Yes - there is a red "R" under the product price on the Deal Sheet. Click it to see how many Rebates remain, or to submit a claim.

9.   I Went To Claim a Rebate But There Are None Left.

Remember what we said about being quick. If no Rebates are left it is because other shoppers claimed them first. However, Merchants will likely repeat successful offers on new Deal Sheets so you will always have additional opportunities.

10.   How Do I Know You Will Pay Me My Rebates?

If we do not honor our Rebate commitment our Merchants will not buy Deal Sheets. If Merchants do not buy Deal Sheets, we will be out of business.

11.   I See That You Pay Rebates in CyberDollars. What are CyberDollars?

CyberValley Dollars ("CyberDollars") are an electronic currency created to facilitate efficient commerce between CyberValley, our Merchant clientele, and their customers.

12.   Do I Need To Create A CyberDollar Account To Earn Rebates?

Yes. It takes about 2 minutes.

13.   Can I Convert CyberDollars Into Cash?

Yes. You can cash-out each CyberDollar for 1 $US Dollar.

14.   What Do You Mean by "CV$"?

That is how we denote CyberDollars. In 1996/97, when the CyberDollar was conceived, it was symbolized by a "C" with two horizontal lines through it. Around 1999/2000 the Europeans adopted that symbol for the Euro, so we will need to develop a new symbol of our own.

15.   Do I Have to Wait a Specific Period of Time to Cash-Out?

No. As soon as you accumulate at least CV$ 5 you can cash out whenever you want.

16.   Do CyberDollars Ever Expire?

No.

17.   How Do I Cash-Out?

You select "Cash Out" on your CyberDollar account home page and specify the amount you want to liquidate, and the method: PayPal Transfer; Visa Travel Debit Card; or Dollar Bills (if you are near us).

18.   How Do I Know I Will Get My Cash?

19.   Can I Spend CyberDollars?

Yes and No. No, because we have not implemented our planned catalog of Merchant products and services you can spend CyberDollars on. Yes, because if, before we release that catalog, you and another CyberDollar accountholder agree to exchange them in private trade you can do so.

20.   Can Transfer My CyberDollars to Someone Else?

Yes. Simply initiate a payment to the CyberDollar accountholder you want to transfer them to. If they are not an accountholder they must first create a CyberDollar account.

21.   Is There A Limit On How Many CyberDollars I Can Accumulate?

No.

22.   If I Need More Help Or Have More Questions, What Do I Do?
