Despite being in the heart of northern Virginia's frantic development, the Ellipse manages to feel far away from it. Many newer apartment communities were designed to warehouse people. The Ellipse staff are friendly and helpful. Maintenance issues are resolved promptly, and Equity Residential continues Charles E. Smith's practice of helping neighbors get to know each other through community-sponsored get-togethers.
Feature for feature, and dollar for dollar, The Ellipse at Government Center offers the best value in Fairfax for the space-craving renter who also desires privacy, convenience and quiet.
